Get your Knees in the breeze. On your Discovery flight, you’ll fly along our beautiful scenic coastline, passing over Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Scripps Pier, Blacks Beach, Torrey Pines Glider Port, Torrey Pines golf course, Torrey Pines State Park and so much more.
If you are an early riser you might get to fly past Point Loma, San Diego Bay, Downtown San Diego, Coronado Bridge, San Diego International Airport, Sea World and Mission Bay.
The flights are not only scenic but hands-on. Once in the air, they will show you the basics of flying and let you take the controls. Not sure you are ready to take control? No worries, no pressure here. Some people fly a lot, others fly a little, most fly more than they think they will, as these amazing aircraft are easy to fly.
The flight was a blast, and he lets you fly for just a short time if you are more focused on wanting to watch everything around you (like me!). It gives a very neat view of the city and the coast! I would highly recommend this for a gift, a fun day adventure for yourself, or just because you like to try new experiences. The overall service and experience was exceptional and you won’t be disappointed!!
