Customers service very neglected. Ignorant service. What about the disability pass that not available on the pronto card apps? And not helped from them. Told me the mail with new card and will arrive in 7 or 10 days. THIRD TIMES TODAY FOR PAST 2 MONTHS!

I wrote to the city in the county about the mask mandates not being enforced all the time on the buses because they claim that there aren't enough Transit cops available. also I reported a bus driver who ran a red light after I got off the bus downtown and almost ran over me I'm not exaggerating. maybe he was tired. I really want the drivers to have more paid vacation and I want more drivers hired I don't like how the route 215 got cut a few trips it really was an inconvenience for me I take that route all the time.the pandemic is wearing all of us out drivers workers and passengers.

The new all electric buses are really nice! They've got that "new car" smell to them! And plush seating.

The bus requires exact fare. The machines are built in a way that allows for change to be given, as evidenced by the coin tray. I paid 3 dollars, expecting the machine to function properly or be warned, but only afterward the dimwitted driver tells me it doesn't give change, and that the text saying this is in the fine print at the bottom of the machine.

What a pleasant experience waiting with and though challenging population (me included).....smile. The folks and team at the downtown MYS Store know what they are doing and do it with a smile! I live for seeing kindness and efficiency when nobody is looking! Keep up the good work guys!

Awful service.Barely an acceptable alternative to walking.Need to make a transfer from the green line to the blue line? Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes since the trolley will take off as you hit the platform.

Making visit to San Diego multi places like a breeze and so stress free. We drove from Riverside to fashion district, park our car, pay for day pass (7-5$) depends on if you have the Compass Card or not, you can get one for the whole day cost 7$ and if you already got one, you just load 5$ on the card and you good to go all day. The Metro Transit System station is clean and tram come real fast. We went on Sat noon time, tram was empty for most part, easy to find seat. We were able to hit all the spots like Old Town, Little Italy, Gas Lamp District without the stress of driving and finding place to park. It was fun outing then we headed back to our car before MN and drove home without any problem. Would def come to San Diego and would use the Metropolitan Transit System again
