The Old Town Model Railroad Depot
The Old Town Model Railroad Depot provides visitors with one of the largest 0 Scale operating, highly animated interactive model railroad exhibits open to the public. This 2,500 square foot attraction features both scale model steam and diesel engines from the 1920’s to present times. Visitors will be transported in time through the display of numerous art and memorabilia items such as the Santa Fe Super Chief one of the most prestigious and expensive passenger train in the United States during the 1930’s through the 1950’s.
The exhibit has been designed to provide visitors with a feeling of what life was like during the 1950’s by displaying a large city with buildings from that time period. You’ll see a working country farm, a zoo and rail yard engine workshops. There is something for all ages to enjoy at “The Depot”!
