Padres Opening Day

Play Ball! Get ready for opening day on Thursday, March 26th, at 1:10 PM when the San Diego Padres host the Detroit Tigers for a weekend of fun. This game is a rematch of the 1984 World Series. Nick Pivetta has been named the Opening Day starter by manager Craig Stammen. This marks the first time the Padres will open a season with an Interleague matchup.
