Carl St.Clair, conductor
Conrad Tao, piano

A continuation of his exploration of the works of Schubert and Chopin in February, Maestro Carl St.Clair leads Pacific Symphony through another exciting afternoon of music.

Returning to the Soka stage is 24-year-old pianist Conrad Tao, acclaimed as a musician of “probing intellect and open-hearted vision” (New York Times), a “thoughtful and mature composer” (NPR), and “ferociously talented” (TimeOut New York).

These 70-minute, informal concerts by Pacific Symphony are perfect for newcomers to and aficionados of the classical music scene. An audience favorite, conductor and music director Carl St.Clair brings his vast knowledge of musical history to life with both his comments and his baton.
