Our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, and Jojo, a little boy with a big imagination, have been lovingly brought to life in this Tony Award-winning musical! Seussical follows the adventures of Horton the elephant who discovers the tiny town of Whoville and its citizens on a speck of dust. Not only must Horton protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must guard an abandoned egg, left to his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping, and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, are challenged, but the most miraculous “think” saves them all. This celebration of the magical world of Dr. Seuss is pure delight for the whole family!
