Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens

Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens is perched high on a bluff overlooking the San Clemente Pier. With the ocean as it’s background, it’s a beautiful and peaceful get-away.  A place where visitors can stroll along the lovely gardens and explore interesting exhibits that share parts of Orange County’s history.

The Casa was built in 1927 by Ole Hanson who came to the area to create his ideal community, San Clemente a “Spanish Village by the Sea”.  Casa Romantica also offers events, classes, and concerts that entertain and educate. With nearly 100 multi-cultural events every year the property maintains 2.5 acres of diversified water-wise coastal flora from all over the world and welcomes over 35,000 visitors annually.

Yoga classes are offered on Wednesday’s as well as several other activities designed to get you in touch with your spiritual side. Yoga classes are $10 and free of charge for Casa members.  You’ll never forget your visit to the beautiful, historic Casa Romantica.
