Disney Lunar New Year Celebrations

Disneyland Resort will welcome a year of good fortune with 24 days of Lunar New Year celebrations at Disney California Adventure from Jan. 17 – Feb. 9, 2020. Celebrating the Year of the Mouse, the limited-time festival allows guests of all ages to enjoy many exciting offerings, including the bright and bold Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession, the return of the heartwarming “Hurry Home – Lunar New Year Celebration” prior to “World of Color,” a Lucky Wishing Wall, delectable foods inspired by Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures, and more.

Farmers Market

Shop local at this OC Farm Bureau certified farmers market featuring produce, fresh flowers, fish, hummus, honey, hot sauce and more. Some vendors also sell hot food for lunch such as tamales and tacos/burritos. 




SCR Presents Fireflies

OC Yoga Festival

the 2nd Annual OC Yoga Festival Winter Edition at Newport Dunes on Saturday, January 18th, 2020 from 9- 4 pm! There will be 1-hour yoga and meditation classes going on all day along with workshops, talks, sound healing, DJ’s, Paddle Board Yoga, Acro Yoga, healthy food, art, free water and kombucha along with Beyond Meat vegan burgers, food trucks and over 50 conscious vendors to enjoy. Tickets are $33 per person.


Whale Watching

Annual Grey Whale Watching Tours at Dana Wharf

This year-round whale watching cruises get our guests up close to watch these magnificent ocean creatures play in our coastal waters. November – April we go out looking for the California Gray Whale and May – October we go out looking for the magnificent Blue Whale, which is the largest mammal on Earth.
