Visit Hollywood, the home of the stars in Los Angeles, the looming white Hollywood sign signifying all things ritzy, rich and famous that take place below. This is the place to see and be seen, but really it is so much more than that. To outline all of Tinseltown’s “to-do’s” would take an infinite amount of time.

Hollywood Highlights

Universal Studios and CityWalk are definite must do’s, as you get behind-the-scenes looks into how movies in LA are made. Also spend a day filled with fun rides, games, and activities.

A trip to Los Angeles would simply not be complete without a stroll down the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Take some selfies or pictures of the names of stars placed on the ground along the way! Los Angeles also has fantastic nightlife, live theater and music venues adding to the entertainment.

Visit Madame Tussauds and experience the real glamour and elegance of Hollywood. Immerse yourself in its history, culture and “meet” the famous and infamous on iconic film sets. If you want to experience making movies, star in them or join our action heroes in saving the world, then Madame Tussauds has the perfect part for you!

Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! might be the most interesting place in Hollywood.  This museum prides itself in the strange and bizarre nature of its attractions.  It’s most likely the only place on Hollywood Boulevard, or anywhere in Los Angeles that you’ll find shrunken heads, a portrait of Michael Jackson made entirely from candy, a mummified food, or 17th Century dog armor.

The Iconic Hollywood sign can be viewed from the shops at Highland and Hollywood. Click on this link to get more information about hiking up to the famous sign. The link provides 3 different options to travel up to the sign. Ranging from casual easy hikes to ones that will challenge even the most experienced hikers!
