‘Jump Start Your Heart’ is a 5K Walk and Run along Mission and Sail Bay open to all ages. 100% of proceeds  from ‘Jump Start Your Heart’ benefit the Children’s Heart Foundation, the only organization that exclusively funds research for Congenital Heart Defects, the number one birth defect in the United States affecting 40,000 babies per year.

Participants start at Crown Point Shores Park and Finish at Santa Clara Point and may partake in optional challenging fitness stations set-up along the 5K course by performance360.

All ages event. Registration is $30 and includes a custom t-shirt, jump rope, socks and samples of Rubicon Deli sandwiches served at the finish line.

Start at Crown Point Shores Park, 1759 Moorland Dr., San Diego, (Free Parking). Finish at Santa Clara Point, 1010 Santa Clara Point, (Free Bus Transportation back to Crown Point Shores Park).
