Go Bird Watching

On the first Monday of each month, the San Diego Botanic Garden hosts their fun and educational bird watching tours. Meet in the main parking lot at 8am to learn about the many different bird species in the Garden. An expert will help you find and identify different types of birds. If you’ve never been bird watching before, this is an excellent opportunity to learn about this unique art.

The San Diego Botanic Garden is open to the public daily from 9am to 5pm and located in Encinitas. Here, you’ll find 37 acres of plants, many of which you can’t find elsewhere in San Diego!  Walk through a desert, straight into a rainforest–you’ll be amazed at the diversity!
