Battle of the Mariachi Festival
Mission San Juan Capistrano presents with the generous support of the Thomas J. and Erma Jean Tracy Family Foundation, the Eighth Annual Battle of the Mariachis Festival, a celebration of the talent, interpretation and inspiration of the best in the West from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Central Courtyard.
Come to the beautiful Mission Courtyard for a full day of live musical entertainment and great food, as Mariachi performers compete for cash prizes before a panel of judges. Don’t miss the historic celebration bell ringing at 10:30 a.m. followed by a bilingual marionette show at various times throughout the day. Click here to download the schedule.

$10 for Adults, $9 for Seniors (60+) and $5 for Children (Ages 4-11)
FREE for Mission Preservation Society Members and Current Volunteers with I.D. and Children 3 and Under

General Admission Ticketsare available now, in person at the Gate House which is open 363 days per year. They may be purchased in advance or on event day. Non-reserved event seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival suggested for best seating. Mission opens at 8:30 a.m.
